As the former Chief Marketing Officer of Mighty Dream, Harsh co-led this unique agency alongside creative icon Pharrell Williams and the esteemed communications firm Edelman. Mighty Dream is dedicated to addressing systemic issues facing communities of color and other historically marginalized groups through impactful social action campaigns, innovative product development, and policy advocacy.
Harsh’s professional journey is distinguished by numerous accolades, reflecting his commitment to using marketing as a force for good. His strategic vision and creative prowess have consistently delivered exceptional results, earning him recognition as a leader in the industry.
Currently, Harsh serves as the Global Head of Social for HP, where he continues to drive innovative marketing initiatives and foster meaningful connections with audiences worldwide.
Background
Before joining Mighty Dream & Edelman, Harshal was the CMO and Co-Founder of Super Heroic, a tactical play experience company. With his Co-Founder, he built a unique strategic campaign to empower children to become superheroes through the power of play. The company had a successful raise of $10M with a DTC focused and national retail footprint with Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker, Champs, and Eastbay.
Before that, he acted as Global Digital Marketing Director for Jordan Brand at Nike. His work was instrumental in establishing a digital, content, and story-telling strategy for the brand. This approach expanded and deepened Jordan Brand's voice across all mediums, shifting it from broadcast to digital-first.
Throughout his career, Harshal has garnered notice for his ground-breaking work, including the Cannes Lion-winning' NikeGridiron'. Featured for his work on the 'Sublymonal' campaign for Sprite, as well as the most successful campaign in Burger King's history, 'Whopper Freakout.' Honored with countless awards, most notably the Cyber Lions and Gold Awards at Cannes International Advertising Festival, One Club, and the Clio award for his work on 'Nike Gridiron,' NikeiD' 'NikeBasketball,' and 'Whopper Freakout' campaigns.
